Dear customer,

Microsoft stopped providing maintenance support for Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 on January 14, 2020. For security purposes, HUAWEI CLOUD will take Windows 2008 R2 public images offline at 00:00 (Beijing time) on July 15, 2020.

The following Windows 2008 R2 public images will be taken offline:

1）Windows Server 2008 WEB R2 64bit

2）Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64bit English

3）Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64bit

4）Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64bit English

5）Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64bit

6）Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter 64bit

When the images are offline:

1.You will no longer be able to use the images to purchase or reinstall ECSs.

2.You can continue to import and use private images.

3.You can continue to use ECSs that already have any of these images installed.
