Transaction Process Optimizations on the HUAWEI CLOUD International Site

Dear customer/partner,

To improve your transaction experience on HUAWEI CLOUD, the HUAWEI CLOUD International Site will have new features that optimize the transaction process covering registration, purchase, billing, payment, and so on. You can experience these features starting November 30, 2020.

1. New customers will receive and pay their bills per billing cycle by default.

2. Expenditure estimation: HUAWEI CLOUD will provide an estimated expenditure amount for each billing cycle so that you can plan your costs. You can view the actual expenditure amount on the final bills.

3. Partners' cash coupons: Partners use cash coupons themselves to pay for bills. Partners can no longer allocate part of the cash coupon value to customers. Specifically, the cash coupon quota in partners' account will be replaced by individual cash coupons, and the cash coupons in accounts of customers associated by resale will be withdrawn to the associated partner's account.

4. Test coupons: Based on their monthly expenditure and remaining coupon value, customers and partners who are using test coupons will be reminded to pay attention to the test progress.

5. Expenditure quota: This quota specifies the maximum expenditure amount, excluding the available cash and coupon amounts, which you can owe to HUAWEI CLOUD. The expenditure quota does not indicate the exact amount that is payable to HUAWEI CLOUD.

6. Yearly/Monthly auto-renewals support payment with the associated bank card.
