Ms. Dong Ning is President of China's first Women Makers' Association, member of the Shenzhen CPPCC Standing Committee, Shenzhen High-Level Talent, Nanshan District Leading Talent, All-China National Distinguished Woman, delegate to China's 12th National Women's Congress, member of the Executive Committee of Guangdong Women's Federation, and Guangdong March 8th Red Flag Bearer. Ms. Dong once served as the general manager of the technology planning department and member of the Board of Directors at Skyworth. At Bamboocloud, Ms. Dong led the technology team to dive deep into the core technologies for IAM (identity management and access control), breaking the monopoly once held by non-Chinese vendors for many years. Bamboocloud's IAM solutions have been widely deployed across a range of sectors, such as finance, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and government. In 2017, Ms. Dong won the Person of the Year Award for Indigenous Innovation in China. In 2016, she founded China's first Women Makers' Association and served as its president. In the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, over 1,000 women entrepreneurs from various sectors, including science and technology, culture, education, services, and venture capitals share knowledge and wisdom and resources through this platform.

Duan Xiaolei

Ms. Duan Xiaolei is the GM of Startup Ecosystem, Huawei Cloud. Prior to joining Huawei, she was working at AWS GCR, leading the startup ecosystem business development. She also managed two tech startups as the CEO, and has 5 years of impact investing experience. Before joining the private sectors, she was a new anchor at Phoenix TV's URadio in Hong Kong, and a veteran policy-maker at national and international levels. Ms. Duan was selected as Young Global Leader 2017 by the Council for the United States and Italy, and served as a mentor for the Singularity University ventures in 2019. Ms. Duan received advanced degrees from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Duke University, and Tsinghua University.

Zheng Weihe

Mr. Zheng Weihe holds a Bachelor and Master's degree in laws from Nankai University, and an EMBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He was also a graduate of the CEIBS-Harvard global CEO class. Mr. Zheng has 13 years of experience as an investment lawyer and 20+ years of experience in VC and investment management. He used to work at Shenzhen Stock Exchange and multiple well-known law firms, and served as a legal adviser for more than 60 listed companies and refinancing projects. Mr. Zheng founded Cowin Capital in 2000, and created China's first venture capital fund with limited partners in 2007. Currently, Cowin Capital manages assets worth more than CNY30 billion and has invested in 600+ companies, 105 of which went through IPO or M&A, making Cowin Capital one of the most successful investment institutions in China. The company was named one of China's best venture capitals of the year by Zero2IPO Group and Forbes for many years running.

Zou Ciyong

Mr. Zou Ciyong has nearly 20 years of professional experience in the Ministry of Finance of China, served in various senior, managerial positions, including as Deputy Director General of the International Department in the Ministry of Finance. He worked as Senior Advisor in 2009-2010, as Alternate to Chinese Executive Director at the World Bank in 2010-2011 and as Global Environmental Facility (GEF) Operational Focal Point for China in 2008-2009. In August 2022, he was appointed as Managing Director of the Directorate of Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Industrial Development (TCS). As Managing Director, he oversees the Organization's development of capacities for industrial development as well as industrial policy advice, statistics and research activities and the Organization's normative contribution to Member States and global development community in achieving the SDGs. The Directorate also ensures the application of strategies and interventions for sustainable industrial development related to Environment, Energy, SMEs, Competitiveness and Job creation, as well as Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. Mr. Zou holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Graduate School of Research Institute for Fiscal Science of the Ministry of Finance (MOF), Beijing, China and a Master’s degrees in Public Policy and Management from Manchester University in the UK, and in Political Science from the Graduate School of Peking University, Beijing, China.
