GetRide, a local community-based ride hailing platform, which officially launched in Mandalay, Myanmar. It is a mobile application that make ride hailing easier by connecting the driver and the passenger. Customer can book a ride through GetRide App at anytime, anywhere.
As a ride hailing service provider, GetRide aims to enable all drivers in Myanmar to use their technology in a more efficient way and also provides safety training enablement, and equip them with safety equipment.
Challenges
Previously, GetRide has engaged with other Cloud service vendor, however they have been facing a lot security and technical support issues. Hence, they have decided to work with Huawei Cloud team. Huawei has the local support on site and working closely with GetRide and provides guidance to build a complete Cloud infrastructure.
