    Established in 2024, CHANGAN AUTO MEXICO is the regional operating headquarters for Central and South America with vehicle and component import, distribution, and manufacturing capabilities.

Business Challenges

CHANGAN AUTO MEXICO is on a mission to build the vehicles that people want and need and owns the distributorship of all Chang'an Automobile products to Central and South America. By producing efficient, safe, stylish and affordable cars, Changan has won the preference of many satisfied customers and the admiration of happy employees.

In Mexico, Chang`an already built 62 showrooms and will increase this to 100 soon. Meanwhile, the spare parts center has been constructed to serve customers with high efficiency. During the rapid development of Chang'an Mexico, there are some challenges:

Low service rollout

The service rollout is very slow,the development ,deployment, and test period is very long.

Lack of Efficient communication and execution

Lack of Efficient communication and execution: actually this need the Cloud suppliers be able to understand automobile business, communicate withR&D team efficiently, and respond to requirements quickly

Lack of good user experience

The sales & marketing system for dealers and customer services requires good user experience. Previously deployed on another cloud and the resellers found that the system was slow to respond and sometimes even could not be accessed. Therefore,the cloud providers are required to provide rapid response from systems andquickly handling emergencies if needed

Security compliance

All the data should be under control and keep in Mexico.
