Why HUAWEI CLOUD?
- Fragmented Global Delivery Channels
NXAI’s current platform (NXCLOUD/NXLINK) stitches together multiple point solutions—international SMS, Voice Calls, WhatsApp, Viber, Zalo, Email and fraud-prevention modules—to reach customers across 200+ regions. This multi-vendor approach creates operational complexity, with disparate SLAs, console logins, billing systems and support channels, hindering end-to-end visibility and slowing down time-to-market for new campaigns. - Rising Channel and Operational Costs
Case studies show that key customers face high promotion costs and manual overhead. For instance, one Southeast Asia/Middle East e-commerce seller struggled with escalating ad spend and manpower costs for customer service, resulting in low repurchase rates until they adopted NXLINK’s bundled communications and AIbot—yet overall TCO remained a barrier to growth. - Inconsistent Service Quality and Scalability
As NXAI’s customers expand into new regions (Latin America, Africa, Europe), they report uneven message delivery rates, slow voice-call connections and latency spikes during traffic surges. This undermines customer satisfaction—one Nigerian merchant saw service responsiveness lag behind demand before adopting hybrid human-bot support—limiting NXAI’s ability to promise truly “always-on” customer engagement. - Data Security & Compliance Challenges
Handling sensitive user data (phone numbers, verification codes, chat transcripts) across jurisdictions exposes NXAI to evolving data-privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA, CCPA). Ensuring end-to-end encryption, cross-border data residency and auditability across dozens of global carriers and SMS aggregators strains in-house compliance resources.
Solutions
Elastic Cloud Server (ECS)
Huawei’s ECS delivers virtual machines with customizable CPUs, memory and storage configurations. For NXAI, ECS acts as the foundational compute layer that runs its communication workloads, AI chat engines, and API platforms. ECS supports auto-scaling, enabling NXAI to dynamically allocate resources during high traffic periods. ECS also offers strong performance isolation, ensuring consistent processing speed regardless of neighboring cloud tenant activity. With availability across global regions, ECS can help NXAI maintain reliable service delivery to international clients.
Taurus Database (TaurusDB)
Taurus DB is a distributed, cloud-native relational database service engineered for high throughput and low latency. It supports both online transaction processing and real-time queries. NXAI can leverage TaurusDB for mission-critical tasks such as metadata storage, user and client account information storage, campaign statistics and delivery reporting. Its distributed architecture ensures high availability, automatic failover, and scalability, thus enabling NXAI to process millions of transactions per second without data loss or service disruption. Additionally, TaurusDB supports SQL-based querying, which makes it easy for NXAI’s development teams to integrate it with existing data pipelines.
Log Tank Service (LTS)
Huawei’s LTS is a centralised log management and analytics solution. It supports real-time collection. Storage, indexing and querying of massive amounts of log data. For NXAI, LTS is essential for tracing API calls, auditing message delivery workflows, and monitoring system health. Logs from different services, such as ECS, databases, or chatbots, can be integrated into the LTS, which then supports rapid debugging and compliance auditing. With built-in alerts and visual dashboards, NXAI can detect anomalies and respond to incidents before they escalate.
Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)
Huawei’s VPC enables NXAI to create isolated network environments with full control over IP address ranges, subnets, route tables and gateways. This is crucial for separating production, development, and testing environments while ensuring secure access between services. NXAI can define firewall rules, establish VPN connections with enterprise clients, and implement load balancing using VPC features. Furthermore, VPC supports integration with security features like anti-DDoS and cloud firewalls, which ensures that NXAI’s communications platform remains protected from cyber threats.
Relational Database Service (RDS)
Huawei’s RDS is a fully managed relational database service supporting engines like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. For NXAI, RDS can be used to manage structured datasets such as billing records, CRM systems, client configurations, and user behaviour logs. RDS takes care of common administrative tasks including backups, software patching, monitoring and scaling. This frees NXAI’s technical team to focus on feature development instead of database maintenance.
Object Storage Service (OBS)
OBS is Huawei’s cloud-based solution for storing unstructured data message payloads, multimedia files, logs and training datasets for AI chat models. It offers scalable, durable storage at a low cost, thus helping NXAI manage all forms of unstructured data with fast retrieval and global replication. OBS supports NXAI’s need for data-intensive processing and long-term compliance storage, while optimising costs and retrieval times across global regions.

• Controlled Ecosystem - Huawei controls its own hardware, networking and software. Choosing Huawei will allow NXAI to access a tightly-integrated ecosystem where updates, performance improvements and support are fully aligned. This reduces fragmentation and third-party dependency risks. Furthermore, NXAI is based in China, a country that Huawei is already widely used; this may allow it easier access with other services that commonly use Huawei in their backend as well in the future.
• Low Cost - Huawei is also known for offering competitive pricing structures, particularly in Asia and other emerging markets. Huawei’s cost will be lower than other products from competitors such as Amazon Cloud or Azure, which will reduce resource use for a start-up like NXAI and allow them to focus more resources on other aspects of the company.
