Since its implementation, the platform has delivered measurable impact across the country, with up to nine times faster resource provisioning, an 80 percent reduction in unplanned downtime, and a 40 percent drop in infrastructure costs.

Huawei Cloud Stack has enabled Omantel to introduce advanced, scenario-specific solutions including smart city platforms, digital government services, cloud-based banking, intelligent oilfield systems, and healthcare imaging. These tools are helping public and private entities enhance efficiency, strengthen resilience, and modernize service delivery in line with evolving national priorities.

To further support innovation and customization, more than 20 specialized technology providers have been integrated into the platform through Omantel and Huawei’s collaboration.
