Upgrade content: HUAWEI CLOUD IAM service

Impact: All creation, modification, and deletion APIs on the IAM service will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade.

If you need to use the IAM console or APIs to create, modify, or delete users, grant permissions, or modify account settings; or need to create or delete cloud resources, perform the operations before or after the scheduled upgrade timeframe. If you try to perform any of the above-mentioned operations during the upgrade and fail, try again after 10 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
