HUAWEI CLOUD will upgrade its network in Mexico on Feb 11, 2020, from 00:00 to 06:00 GMT-06:00, and in Chile on Feb 20, 2020, from 00:00 to 06:00 GMT-03:00.

Upgrade content: Virtual Private Network (VPN) firewall upgrade in the Mexico and Chile regions.

Upgrade impacts: During the upgrade, users cannot buy or modify VPN connections and will encounter three VPN network disconnections. The first disconnection will last for 1 to 2 minutes, and the second and third ones will last for around 1 minute.

Please prepare in advance and do not perform vital operations during the upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
