Dear customer,

To improve the stability of the console, HUAWEI CLOUD will upgrade the ECS, BMS, IMS, DeH, and DeC services in the LA-Mexico City1 and LA-Sao Paulo1 regions on October 28, 2020 and November 4, 2020, respectively, from 00:00 to 01:30 (local time).

Upgrade Time	Region	Service	Impacts
October 28,2020, from 00:00 to 01:30 GMT-05:00	LA-Mexico City1	ECS,BMS,IMS,DeH, and DeC	During the upgrade, ECS and BMS lifecycle operations as well as image operations will not be supported for 5 to 10 minutes. Internal services in existing VMs will not be affected.
November 4,2020, from 00:00 to 01:30 GMT-03:00	LA-Sao Paulo1	ECS,BMS,IMS,DeH, and DeC

Please prepare in advance and do not perform related operations using the console or APIs during the upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
