RDS for MySQL 

During the upgrade, the workloads on RDS MySQL DB instances will be interrupted up to 2 times, each lasting less than 3 seconds.

During the upgrade, we recommend that you do not perform any operations on RDS MySQL DB instances and should focus on the running status of workloads. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
