HUAWEI CLOUD will upgrade OBS in the LA-Buenos Aires1 region from 00:00 to 02:00 (GMT-03:00) on October 23, 2021.

During the upgrade, there will be about 5 to 10 minutes when bucket creation and deletion will fail. If you experience this issue, wait 10 minutes and try again, but do not attempt any critical operations during the upgrade.
