Dear customer,

On December 7 and 10, 2021, HUAWEI CLOUD (CN-Hong Kong region) will be upgraded.

EIP, ELB, VPN, VPC, and WAF

•During the upgrade, Internet access to   resources in the HUAWEI CLOUD CN-Hong Kong region may experience 1 or 2 disconnections, each lasting less than 2 seconds.
•After the upgrade, EIPs used by the WAF service will be billed and the EIP usage fees in your bill may increase.

December 10, 2021, from 00:00 to 06:00   (GMT+08:00)

If your WAF service uses EIPs billed by traffic or 95th percentile bandwidth after the upgrade, the EIPs will be billed.

Please prepare in advance and do not perform vital operations during the upgrade. If you have any questions, contact your service manager, submit a service ticket, or call HUAWEI CLOUD hotline (4000-955-988 or 950808). We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
