Dedicated Load Balancers Upgrading on July 18, 2023 and July 20, 2023, from 00:00 to 06:00 GMT+08:00

Dear customer,

To further improve user experience, Huawei Cloud will upgrade dedicated load balancers in CN-Hong Kong on July 18, 2023 and July 20, 2023, from 00:00 to 06:00 GMT+08:00. During the upgrade, some functions and cloud services may be affected.

Upgraded On	Region	Service	Impacts
July 18, 2023, from 00:00 to 06:00 GMT+08:00	CN-Hong Kong	ELB	During the upgrade, persistent connections of dedicated load balancers may time out. You can try again on the clients to restore the connections. Impacts on other cloud services: DCS: Instances using the Proxy cluster will be intermittently disconnected. Ensure that your services have the automatic reconnection mechanism. Cloud databases: Connections to the databases using the load balancer address will be intermittently interrupted. Ensure that your services have the automatic reconnection mechanism. API Gateway: Requests sent through an API gateway may fail. Ensure that your services have the automatic reconnection mechanism, and you can try again to restore the connections.
