Dear customer,

To further improve your experience, Huawei Cloud will upgrade dedicated load balancers in AP-Singapore on August 15, 2023 and August 16, 2023, from 00:00 to 06:00 GMT+08:00. During the upgrade, the following functions and cloud services may be affected:

Upgraded On	Region	Service	Upgrade Impacts
August 15, 2023, from 00:00 to 06:00 GMT+08:00	AP-Singapore	ELB	During the upgrade, persistent connections of dedicated load balancers may be disconnected for seconds. You can try again to restore the connections. Impacts on other cloud services: DCS: Instances using the Proxy cluster will be intermittently disconnected. Ensure that your services have the automatic reconnection mechanism. Cloud databases: Connections to the databases using the load balancer address will be intermittently interrupted. Ensure that your services have the automatic reconnection mechanism. API Gateway: Requests sent through an API gateway may fail. Ensure that your services have the automatic reconnection mechanism, and you can try again to restore the connections.
