Dear customer,

To further improve user experience, Huawei Cloud will upgrade dedicated load balancers in LA-Santiago on September 13 and 14, 2023, from 00:00 to 06:00 GMT-03:00.

Upgrade Time	Region	Services	Impacts
September 13, 2023, from 00:00 to 06:00 GMT-03:00	LA-Santiago	ELB	During the upgrade, persistent connections of dedicated load balancers may time out. You can try again on the clients to restore the connections. Impacts on other cloud services: API Gateway: Requests sent through an API gateway may fail. Ensure that your services have the automatic reconnection mechanism, and you can try again to restore the connections.
