From 10:44 to 11:14 (Beijing time) on May 03, 2025, HUAWEI CLOUD found that some ECS instances in the Africa-Johannesburg region were abnormal, and some high-level service instances such as RDS were indirectly affected, which may cause your cloud services to become abnormal.
