Network Exception Between the Three Major Carriers and Huawei Cloud International Website on August 20, 2025, GMT+08:00 (Rectified)

Dear customers,

From 00:30 to 01:48 (GMT+08:00) on August 20, 2025, Huawei Cloud detected that customers from three major carriers in Chinese Mainland could not access Huawei Cloud International website on port 443. After 01:48, Huawei Cloud performed a dialing test and found that the network was normal. Please check whether your services have been recovered. Huawei Cloud reported this fault to the carriers immediately and will follow up with the troubleshooting progress.
