IP Address Range Changing for IAM Global Domain Name Resolution

Dear Customers,

Huawei Cloud will change the IP address range for DNS resolution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) global domain names on September 13, 2025, 00:00:00 GMT+08:00. This will take about one week.

The involved domain names are "iam.myhuaweicloud.com" and "iam.myhuaweicloud.cn".

The change will not affect users who:

1. Do not use the involved domain names to call IAM APIs.

2. Access IAM APIs through public DNS resolution domain names without whitelist or firewall policies.

Recommendations for affected users:

1. If you access IAM APIs through IP address or host mapping between the domain name and IP address, please use public DNS resolution instead.

2. If you have whitelist or firewall policies that restrict access to the changed IP address range, please contact customer service to obtain the new range for reconfiguration.
