[Note 1] If you have been established for less than three years or do not meet the registered capital requirement, but an affiliated company does, you may submit supporting documentation from the affiliated company along with proof of the relationship between the two entities. Upon approval by Huawei, you may apply to join this program. 

[Note 2] Dedicated team personnel competency requirements: The development personnel must earn certification for HCCDA-Tech Essentials or HCIA-Cloud Service. The technical personnel must earn certification for HCCDP-Solution Architectures/HCCDP–Cloud Migration or HCIP-Cloud Service Solutions Architect.

[Note 1] Newly developed valued resellers refer to those resellers who are developed by distributors, have joined the Distribution Partner Program (Reseller), and have an annual SMB revenue of at least USD3,500. 

[Note 2] Reseller recruitment events are implemented by distributors and are attended by potential Huawei Cloud resellers. Reseller enablement events are training activities implemented by distributor for partners who have joined the Distribution Partner Program (Reseller). The training content includes but is not limited to enablement for policy, product, solution, and customer development and operation.
