[Note 1] If you have been established for less than one year or does not meet the registered capital requirement, but an affiliated company does, you may submit supporting documentation from the affiliated company along with proof of the relationship between the two entities. Upon approval by Huawei, you may apply to join this program.
[Note 2] By default, you are certified as a standard partner. You submit a certification application, including but not limited to the registration credential files and financial qualification documents. After the application is approved by Huawei Cloud, you will be given the corresponding tier.
