This program is intended to build a competency-centered service partner network, help and motivate them to quickly establish dedicated teams, gain successful service experience, and pass Huawei Cloud partner competency certification, and ultimately help them achieve business success.

Notes：

[Note 1] Partners who have obtained a level-1 competency label must complete their benefit application (including training, exam vouchers, and cash) by December 31 of the year in which they obtained the competency label. Benefits not applied for within the same year will automatically expire and cannot be applied for later.

[Note 2] The benefit accounting is conducted on a quarterly basis.

[Note 3] Due to the limited benefits, the distribution of the benefits for competency improvement follows a first-come, first-served principle.

Notes:

[Note 1] Huawei Cloud may make changes to these eligible competency labels, including adding or removing labels. The PDM will then notify the partners of any changes to these eligible competency labels.

[Note 2] The level-1 competency labels used to apply for the benefits must be obtained during January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025. The label acquisition time is subject to the time when a partner is granted competency labels in Partner Center.

[Note 3] A level-1 competency label can only be used by the same partner to apply for the benefits once.
