Dear customer,

Huawei Cloud will start billing for dedicated load balancers in EU-Paris, EU-Amsterdam-OP1, ME-Abu Dhabi-OP5, RU-Moscow-OP4, and AP-Kuala Lumpur-OP6 on November 22, 2022, 00:00:00 GMT+08:00.

If you no longer need dedicated load balancers, delete them and associated resources to avoid any unnecessary fees.
