Customer and Partner Operations APIs After GaussDB Has Branched off from GaussDB(for MySQL)

Dear customer,

Huawei Cloud will make GaussDB and GaussDB(for MySQL) two independent services on January 25, 2024. After that, The service type code of GaussDB will change to hws.service.type.gaussdb.
