Public NAT gateways: Besides requiring services provided by the system, some ECSs also need to access the Internet to obtain information or download software.
The VPC is being used by ELB (either dedicated or shared load balancers), NAT Gateway, VPC Endpoint, or DCS. Suggestion 1: Change the destination address of the route.

Buy a public NAT gateway. Log in to the Huawei Cloud management console. In the service list on the left, choose Network > NAT Gateway. In the upper right corner of the Public NAT Gateway page, click Buy Public NAT Gateway. Set VPC, Subnet, and Billing Mode.

On the NAT Gateway console, click Buy Public NAT Gateway. Click Next. For details about the costs incurred during this process, see Billing Overview. After the NAT gateway is created, return to the NAT gateway list and click the target NAT gateway.
Buy an EIP (EIP-Test) in the CN-Hong Kong region, buy a public NAT gateway (NAT-Test), and add an SNAT rule for each of the following CIDR blocks: For details, see Assigning an EIP and Binding It to an ECS and Adding an SNAT Rule.
To obtain the public IP address, perform the following steps: Log in to the NAT Gateway console, click in the upper left corner, and select a region. In the navigation pane on the left, choose NAT Gateway > Public NAT Gateway.

To create a Service using NAT Gateway, you must have the NAT Gateway Administrator permission assigned. To use OBS, you must have the OBS Administrator permission globally assigned.
