If you want to allow the ECSs in VPC 2 to access the Internet through the EIP of VPC 1, you can use a NAT gateway or configure an SNAT server. For details, see Having an ECS Without a Public IP Address Access the Internet.
Accessing the internet: You can bind an EIP to the pod by referring to Configuring an EIP for a Pod, or configure SNAT rules for NAT gateway by referring to Accessing the Public Network from a Container. Figure 3 Network access diagram Parent Topic: Network

You can use public NAT gateways to enable ECSs in the VPC to share an EIP to access or be accessed by the Internet. For details, see Using a Public NAT Gateway to Enable Servers to Share One or More EIPs to Access the Internet. Pay-per-use EIPs can be migrated across accounts.

If you create a CCE Turbo cluster, set SNAT rules for the cluster so that the cluster can access the public network through the NAT gateway to pull source code.
To enhance gateway availability, deploy the gateway in multiple AZs. APIG does not support gateway migration across AZs. To create a single-AZ gateway, create two gateways in at least two AZs to improve service reliability.
