Suggestion You are advised to create an independent VPC for the NAT gateway. To avoid affecting access control, do not use the VPC in the network configurations of Elastic Cloud Servers (ECSs) or other instances.
This section describes how to view the used NAT Gateway quota and the total NAT Gateway quota in a specified region. How Do I View My Quotas? Log in to the management console. Click in the upper left corner and select the desired region and project.
NAT Gateway NAT Gateway provides both SNAT and DNAT for your servers in a VPC and allows servers in your VPC to access or provide services accessible from the Internet through flexible and simple configuration.

After the retention period ends, the NAT gateways will be released, and that data cannot be restored. Figure 1 Lifecycle of a pay-per-use NAT gateway For details about the grace period and retention period, see What Is a Grace Period of Huawei Cloud? How Long Is It?
Use PuTTY to log in to the NAT server with an EIP bound. Ensure that user root and the key file (.ppk file) are used for authentication. Then, use SSH to switch to the SAP HANA and SAP Business One nodes. Format disks.

Buy an EIP and a NAT gateway. Procedure Create VPCs. For details, see Creating a VPC. Ensure that the VPC CIDR blocks do not conflict with each other.
After the switching, you must switch back to the NAT server. Then, verify the switching from the NAT server to other nodes. During the first switching, the system displays the fingerprint as well as the message "Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)?".
Recommended ECS Planning This section describes the planning of SAP NetWeaver ECSs and NAT server (SAP GUI). The flavors are only for reference. The ECS specifications are recommended examples. Choose one based on the SAP Sizing results.
For this to work, you first need to create a public NAT gateway in a third subnet (Subnet-NAT), and then configure SNAT rules on the public NAT gateway for Subnet-A01 and Subnet-A02.
You can flexibly bind an EIP to or unbind an EIP from any ECS, BMS, NAT gateway, load balancer, or virtual IP address.
Checking the NAT Configurations on the Firewall Check whether the local VPN gateway is behind the NAT device (usually the border firewall).
Below are the key cloud native services they used: NAT Gateway Web Application Firewall (WAF) Anti-DDoS Host Security Services (HSS) Virtual Private Network (VPN) Pro Resources started their business as a niche player building a Security Operation Center (SOC) on the cloud.
Overview Cloud Firewall (CFW) can protect the traffic of cloud services at the Internet border, VPC border, and NAT gateway. This section helps you quickly get started with CFW.
You can use public NAT gateways to enable the ECSs in the VPC to share an EIP to access or be accessed by the Internet. For more information, see the NAT Gateway User Guide. Parent topic: EIPs

Creating and deleting NAT gateways in a single day will result in separate full-day costs for each gateway. For details, see NAT Gateway Billing or NAT Gateway Price Calculator. Migration over the Internet incurs costs for the EIPs used by your migration clusters.
If you want to bind a NAT gateway to an EIP, the NAT gateway must be in the same region as that of the EIP. After an EIP is bound to a NAT gateway, ECSs associated with this gateway can share the EIP to access the Internet or provide services accessible from the Internet.
