With IAM, you can: Create IAM users for personnel based on your enterprise's organizational structure. Each IAM user has their own identity credentials for accessing KooDrive resources.

For security purposes, create Identity and Access Management (IAM) users and grant them permissions for routine management. User A KooDrive user is created by the tenant administrator (also called system administrator) in the KooDrive service plane.
Constraints IAM users cannot enable the service. Procedure Sign in to the KooDrive console as an enterprise tenant. On the Overview page, click Enable Now. Set parameters by referring to Table 1.

With IAM, you can control access to specific Huawei Cloud resources from principals (IAM users, user groups, agencies, or trust agencies). IAM supports role/policy-based authorization and identity policy-based authorization.
The tenant administrator can use the Huawei Cloud IAM account and password to log in to the KooDrive console. After the login is successful, the tenant administrator can use the IAM token for authentication.
For more information about IAM, see IAM Service Overview. Role/Policy-based Permissions Management KooDrive supports role- and policy-based authorization. New IAM users do not have any permissions assigned by default.
