Partner Registration

Once you join the Huawei Cloud Brazil GrowCloud program, you will be certified as a reseller of a chosen distributor, with one exception. If you are in either of these situations, you can apply for being a cloud solution provider (CSP) partner instead of reseller.

  • Annual recurring revenue (ARR) from business partnership is at or above $50K USD.

  • You're a certified partner of other established cloud service providers.

    The highest partner tier you'll receive at registration will not top the current tier you've gained from other establish cloud service providers.

Change from Reseller to CSP Partner

If the annual business review shows that a reseller meets either of these performance requirements, we will change the reseller to CSP partner:

  • The pre-tax monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is above $16K USD for 3 consecutive months.

  • A positive payment history:

    (1) no unpaid bills at the time of this change;

    (2) less than 3 overdue payments in history;

    (3) the overdue duration does not exceed 90 calendar days.

Change from CSP Partner to Reseller

If the annual business review reveals no sustained attainment of partner tier criteria, the CSP partner will be changed to reseller.

  • For partners who were certified as a CSP partner after August 1, 2023

    If underperformance is found in any business review cycle (every 6 months), the CSP partner will be changed to reseller.


    Note: Underperformance refers to a situation where the pre-tax MRR is below $10K USD for 6 consecutive months and the last month of this business review cycle is below $8K USD.

    For partners who were certified as a CSP partner after August 1, 2023

    If underperformance is found in any business review cycle (every 6 months), the CSP partner will be changed to reseller.


    Note: Underperformance refers to a situation where the pre-tax MRR is below $10K USD for 6 consecutive months and the last month of this business review cycle is below $8K USD.

  • For partners who were certified as CSP before August 1, 2023

    If pre-tax MRR of December 2023 is below $3K USD, we will notify the CSP partner in June 2024 of changing to reseller.

    For partners who were certified as CSP before August 1, 2023

    If pre-tax MRR of December 2023 is below $3K USD, we will notify the CSP partner in June 2024 of changing to reseller.
