An ECS in the SUSPENDED or PAUSED state, which is specified using the OS-EXT-STS:vm_state parameter of the ECS, cannot have a disk attached. The EVS must be in the available status. The EVS disk and the target ECS must be located in the same AZ.
Solution Log in to the ECS as user root.
Procedure On the public cloud management console, click in the navigation pane on the left, and choose Computing > Elastic Cloud Server to switch to the Elastic Cloud Server page. Click Buy ECS on the right. A page for creating ECSs is displayed.
Select an ECS and log in to it. The login mode is set during the Linux ECS creation. For details about how to log in to the ECS, see How Do I Log In to My ECS? Check whether the intranet DNS is configured on the Linux ECS. Log in to the Linux ECS and open the CLI.
