When Does an ECS Become Provisioned? Yearly/Monthly ECS: After you pay for an ECS and the system successfully deducts incurred fees from your account balance, the ECS is automatically provisioned. Pay-per-use ECS: The ECS is automatically provisioned after it is created.
Can Multiple EIPs Be Bound to an ECS? Scenarios Multiple EIPs can be bound to an ECS, but this operation is not recommended.
