Before an EVS disk is attached, the system will call the reserveVolume EVS API to check whether the disk can be attached. If it can be attached, the system then changes the disk status to attaching to avoid conflicts with other operations. Parent topic: General

An EVS system disk can be as large as 1 TiB (1,024 GiB). You can expand the capacity of a system disk to up to 1 TiB. An EVS data disk can be as large as 32 TiB (32,768 GiB).
After the commercial use, the EVS snapshot service will be charged. The EVS snapshots created before the commercial use are not affected. For more information about EVS disk snapshots, click here.
