{Endpoint} is the IAM endpoint and can be obtained from Regions and Endpoints. For details about API authentication, see Authentication.
When using a token for authentication, cache it to prevent frequently calling the IAM API used to obtain a user token. Ensure that the token is valid when you use it. Using a token that will soon expire may cause API calling failures.
Policies that contain actions only for IAM projects can be used and applied to IAM only. Administrators can check whether an action supports IAM projects or enterprise projects in the action list.
You can obtain the token by calling the IAM API used to query the user token. The token is the value of X-Subject-Token in the response header.
Users without IAM authorization permissions must be manually authorized by a user having the Security Administrator permission. Log in to the management console. Select a region, click in the upper left corner, and choose Management & Governance > Identity and Access Management.
