Additionally, confirm that the source server can access the following cloud services via their domain names: SMS, IAM, ECS, EVS, VPC, and IMS. Data flow refers to data transmission from the source server to the target server.
To obtain the name: Log in to the IAM console, choose Identity Providers from the navigation pane. Locate the desired identity provider and click View in the Operation column. The Name in the basic information area is the IdP ID.

NOTE: You can only choose SMN topics within the default IAM project of the region where you currently use MgC. Ensure that the created SMN topic and MgC are in the same region. To enable this function, you need to authorize MgC when the system prompts you.
