Authorization Information Each account has all the permissions required to call all APIs, but IAM users must be assigned the required permissions. For details about the required permissions, see Permissions Policies and Supported Actions.
If you need to call a VOD API in another region, replace the endpoint with the IAM endpoint of the corresponding region.
Users are specified in the format urn:csp:iam::domainId:root, in which domainId indicates the account ID of a user. Every two users are separated with a comma (,). SMN does not limit the number of users you can specify, but the total length of a topic policy cannot exceed 30 KB.
