Delete the VPN connections and try again. To delete a VPN connection, see Deleting a VPN Connection. The VPN gateway has a yearly/monthly EIP bound. Unbind the EIP from the VPN gateway and try again. To unbind an EIP from a VPN gateway, see Unbinding an EIP from a VPN Gateway.
Create a VPN gateway that can be attached to an enterprise router on the VPN console and attach the VPN gateway to the enterprise router on the Enterprise Router console. For details, see Creating a VPN Gateway. When you create a VPN gateway, set Attachment to Enterprise router.
