You may not be able to register an account, create or delete users, modify user information (including the email address, mobile number, and password) for about 3 minutes.
For example, you may fail to create or delete an ECS. In addition, the network communication will be interrupted one or two times and less than 2 seconds each time. The services in other regions will not be affected.
