A red arrow signifies that data is not encrypted, a green arrow means that data is encrypted, and a yellow arrow indicates that data is partially encrypted. The encryption status of the connection line indicates the current encryption status.

Database password: encrypted for storage. Access Permission Control Users can view only logs related to their own services. Log Records DSC records logs for all operations, such as modifying, querying, and deleting, performed on personal data.
AK/SK authentication: Requests are encrypted using AK/SK pairs. This method is recommended because it provides higher security than token-based authentication. For details about authentication and authorization, see Authentication.
In the encryption and data masking result, the first 16 bytes of an encrypted string is the initialization vector (IV) and the rest is the enciphered text. The ciphertext is in binary format.
Authorized users can access encrypted data, but unauthorized users cannot access encrypted data. This effectively prevents administrators from accessing the database without authorization and hackers from dragging the database.
By default, the file is not encrypted for reading and does not require a password. visible_watermark No String Visible watermark content. font_size No String Font size of a visible watermark.
Prerequisites Sensitive data in the data source to be encrypted has been identified. Log in to the DSC console. Click in the upper left corner and select a region or project. Choose Policy Center > Policy Management. Click Create Policy in the upper left corner.
If the decryption masking algorithm is selected for encrypted data, the encrypted data will be decrypted then masked. If the masking algorithm is selected for unencrypted data, data remains unchanged after masking. Click Edit.
