Ensure that services are not affected and then delete or disable the original access key. For details, see Access Keys. Each IAM user can create a maximum of two access keys. The quota cannot be increased.
If a custom policy has been attached to certain user groups or agencies, detach the policy and then delete it. In the left navigation pane on the IAM console, choose Permissions > Policies/Roles. In the row containing the custom policy you want to delete, click Delete.

Deleting User Groups Procedure To delete a user group, do the following: Log in to the IAM console. In the navigation pane, choose User Groups. In the user group list, click Delete in the row that contains the user group to be deleted.

Deleting a Permanent Access Key Function This API can be used by the administrator to delete the specified permanent access key of an IAM user or used by an IAM user to delete one of their own permanent access keys.
Deleting an Agency Function This API is provided for the administrator to delete an agency. The API can be called using both the global endpoint and region-specific endpoints. For IAM endpoints, see Regions and Endpoints. Debugging You can debug this API in API Explorer.
Disable and delete the original access key of the account. Deleted access keys cannot be restored. Disable the access keys and verify that services are not affected before deleting them.
Deleting a Protocol Function This API is provided for the administrator to delete the protocol associated with a specified identity provider. The API can be called using both the global endpoint and region-specific endpoints. For IAM endpoints, see Regions and Endpoints.
Managing Permissions Assigned to IAM Users As an administrator, you can view or delete permissions assigned to IAM users on the Permissions tab of the IAM console.
