You need to delete or modify the rule first and delete the security group. For example, if the source of a rule in security group sg-B is set to sg-A, you need to delete or modify the rule in sg-B before deleting sg-A. The VPC service has multiple resources.
Delete the ECS or load balancer and then delete the subnet. Viewing and Deleting Resources in a Subnet Delete the load balancer that is using the subnet and then delete the subnet. The subnet is being used by a load balancer. Delete the load balancer and then delete the subnet.
Locate the target inbound rule and click Delete in the Operation column. A confirmation dialog box is displayed. Click OK. Deleted inbound rules cannot be recovered.
