Can I Delete a Published Message? No. You cannot delete a message once it is published.
When you delete tags, the tag structure cannot be missing, and the key cannot be left blank or be an empty string. The system does not check the character set when deleting a tag. action Yes String Specifies the operation to be performed. The value can be create or delete only.

If necessary, you can delete the endpoint and add a new one.

Deleting a Platform Application (Deprecated) Function This API is used to delete a platform application.
Deleting a Notification Policy Function This API is used to delete a notification policy. Calling Method For details, see Calling APIs.
Deleting a Resource Tag Function This API is used to delete resource tags. The API is idempotent. When deleting a tag, the system does not check its character set. The tag key cannot be left blank or be an empty string.
In the subscriber list, select a subscriber and click Delete in the Operation column. In the displayed Delete Subscriber dialog box, enter DELETE in the text box and click OK. Figure 1 Delete Subscriber Parent topic: Subscribers
