You can restart, start, stop, renew, and delete general-purpose cloud phones on the console.
If a cloud phone is no longer needed, delete it by choosing More > Delete in the Operation column on the Cloud Phone Instances page. Parent topic: Billing FAQ
Deleting a General-Purpose Cloud Phone Instance You can delete a pay-per-use cloud phone instance if you do not want to use it anymore. Deleting a Cloud Phone Instance Sign in to the KooPhone console.
Click to delete the temporarily uploaded app package and upload a new one. When the message "App uploaded" is displayed, click OK. Viewing the App Library Management Page You can upload and delete app packages, and install apps on specified cloud phone instances.
To stop using such an instance, choose More > Delete in the Operation column on the Cloud Phone Instances page. For details, see Deleting a General-Purpose Cloud Phone Instance. If you choose Pay-per-use, ensure that your account has sufficient balance.
Deleting a Blacklist/Whitelist On the App Blacklist/Whitelist page, delete one or more lists. Select one or more lists and click Bulk Delete in the upper left corner above the list. Locate a list and click Delete in the Operation column on the right.
In addition, you can add, edit, and delete user groups as required. For more information, see Creating an Organization and Adding Department Members. App Deployment You can upload an app software package to the app library on the app deployment page of the KooPhone console.
To stop billing, choose Cloud Mobile Instance Management and click More > Delete in the Operation column to delete them. Parent topic: Billing Modes

Deleting a department Locate the target department and click Delete in the Operation column. Click OK. NOTE: Before deleting a department, delete all its sub-departments. Or, the department cannot be deleted. Deleted departments cannot be restored.

Stopping Billing If you no longer need your resources, you can unsubscribe from or delete them to avoid continued billing. For details, see Stopping Billing. Cost Management When using KooPhone, select suitable instance specifications to avoid resource waste and to reduce costs.
DELETE Request the server to delete specified resources, for example, an object. HEAD Request the server to return only the response header. PATCH Request the server to update partial content of a specified resource.
Pay-per-Use If a pay-per-use cloud phone is no longer needed, you can delete it to stop billing. Cloud phones are still billed if only stopped. Therefore, you need to delete them to avoid further fees.

For example, if you want operations personnel to have the permissions to use KooPhone but do not want them to have the permissions to delete KooPhone, you can create IAM users for the personnel and grant them only the permissions to use KooPhone.
