How Do I Delete Residual Data Left on Underlying Storage After a Dynamically Created PVC is Deleted?
Locate the cluster to be deleted, click ... to view more operations on the cluster, and choose Delete Cluster. In the displayed Delete Cluster window, select the resources to be released. Delete cloud storage resources (bound to PVs) in a cluster.

Locate the cluster, click in the upper right corner of the cluster card, and click Delete Cluster. In the displayed Delete Cluster dialog box, delete related resources as prompted. Enter DELETE and click Yes to start deleting the cluster.

You need to manually delete these resources. After the PVC is deleted, the PV is in the Released state and cannot be bound to a PVC again. You can manually delete and reclaim volumes by performing the following operations: Delete the PV.
If you want to permanently delete the user's permissions, you must also delete the cluster management permissions and namespace permissions of the user.
