You are advised not to delete an index unless necessary. The reasons are as follows: Deleting an index will deteriorate the performance of queries that use the index. Slow SQL statements consume all system resources, which affects workloads.
On the Instances page, locate the instance you want to delete and click More > Delete in the Operation column. Alternatively, click the instance name to go to the Basic Information page. In the upper right corner of the page, click and choose Delete.
