Public/Private NAT gateways are billed based on the public NAT gateway type and service duration. For pricing details, see NAT Gateway Price Calculator. Windows images are third-party images provided in the Marketplace. A portal is provided for you to select public images.
For example: The VPC route table of an ECS has a custom route with 0.0.0.0/0 as the destination and NAT gateway as the next hop.

You can easily bind an EIP to an ECS, BMS, virtual IP address, NAT gateway, or load balancer, enabling immediate Internet access.
NAT gateway Traffic intended for the destination is forwarded to a NAT gateway. VPC peering connection Traffic intended for the destination is forwarded to a VPC peering connection.
Scenario 3: Unbinding an EIP from a NAT Gateway and Binding a New EIP to the NAT Gateway Assign an EIP by referring to 2. If you already have an EIP that you require, skip this step. Modify an SNAT rule. For details, see Modifying an SNAT Rule.

The EIP can be used by only one cloud resource, such as a NAT gateway, an ECS, or a load balancer. Generally, if all EIPs need to access the Internet simultaneously, dedicated bandwidths are recommended preferentially. How Do I Use Dedicated Bandwidths?

If a service VPC is being used by ELB, VPC Endpoint, NAT Gateway (private NAT gateway), Distributed Cache Service (DCS), or hybrid DNS, this VPC cannot be attached to an enterprise router. For details about constraints on enterprise routers, see Notes and Constraints.
On the NAT Gateway console, click Buy Public NAT Gateway. Click Next. For details about the costs incurred during this process, see Billing Overview. After the NAT gateway is created, return to the NAT gateway list and click the target NAT gateway.
You will be charged for using NAT Gateway to enable Internet access for user desktops. You can log in to the Huawei Cloud official website and choose Billing & Costs > Bills on the top of the page to view the fee details. For details, see Bill Management of Billing Center.
In production scenarios that require high bandwidth, performance, and reliability, enable VPC access for your function, add a public NAT gateway, and bind an EIP with an exclusive bandwidth to it. For details, see Configuring the Network.

NAT Gateway NAT Gateway provides source network address translation (SNAT), which translates private IP addresses to a public IP address by binding an elastic IP address (EIP) to the gateway. You can set an SNAT rule to allow containers in a VPC to access the Internet.
NAT Gateway (NAT): An NAT gateway sits between the Internet and your VPC. It hides the IP addresses of internal networks, reducing the risk of attacks on virtual environments. Elastic Load Balance (ELB) distributes traffic across multiple backend nodes.
