If the latest version of the source object is a delete marker, the object is considered deleted. You can add versionId to request header x-obs-copy-source to copy an object with the specified version ID.
Can Deleted Data Be Recovered? Whether deleted data can be restored depends on whether versioning is enabled. If versioning is enabled for a bucket, deleted objects are saved to the Deleted Objects list. You can recover objects from the Deleted Objects list. For details, see Undeleting
