No one can delete the backups that are in their retention periods. Parent topic: Vault Management

Delete the bcmagentca.crt certificate file. Copy the new CA certificate file into the Installation path\nginx\conf directory and rename the file bcmagentca.crt. Go to the Installation path\bin directory. Run the agent_start.bat script to start the Agent.

Manual Backups You can permanently keep backups that you manually created as long as you do not delete them and your account balance is sufficient.
Any user with the permission to delete backups can delete automatic backups. Backup locking locks automatic backups in vaults in the WORM state. In this state, data can only be read, but cannot be modified or deleted.
Users with these permissions can create, view, and delete vaults and backups, but cannot create, update, or delete policies. System-defined policy CBR ReadOnlyAccess Read-only permissions for CBR. Users with these permissions can only view CBR data.

Tag Add, edit, or delete tags for vaults. Vault tags are used to filter and manage vaults only.
To delete such a backup, delete its image first. If a backup is automatically generated based on a backup policy and the backup has been used to create an image, the backup will not be counted as a retained backup and will not be deleted automatically.
Reducing the number of retained backups Locate the target vault and delete unwanted backups by referring to Deleting a Backup.
You need manually delete unwanted backups. Click OK. After the disassociation, you can go to the Policy area on the vault details page to view the results. If the policy does not exist, the disassociation is successful.
CBR can differentiate automatic backups from manual backups no matter you delete the prefix or not. Automatic backups expire based on the retention rule of the backup policy. Enter a name you want and click . Then, you can view the new backup name in the backup list.
Code Description 200 OK Specifies the normal response code for the GET and PUT operations. 201 Created Specifies the normal response code for the POST operation. 202 Accepted The request has been accepted for processing. 204 No Content Specifies the normal response code for the DELETE
If you delete data from the desktop during the backup, the deleted data may fail to be backed up. Therefore, to ensure data integrity, delete the target data after the backup is complete, and then perform the backup.
If the user exists, confirm that it is not created by other applications and then delete it. After the user is deleted, install the Agent again.
