You can create, modify, and delete tables, as well as grant and check permissions. Function Functions are used to perform specific processing on data in SQL queries, including built-in functions and user-defined functions (UDFs).
Click Edit or Delete in the Operation column to modify or delete a job. After the migration job is complete, choose Metadata > Table. In the upper right corner, select the target catalog and database from the Catalog and Database drop-down lists to view the discovered tables.
DELETE Requests the server to delete specific resources, for example, an object. HEAD Requests the server resource header. PATCH Requests the server to update part of specified resources. If the resource does not exist, the PATCH method may create a resource.
After a IAM user group is deleted, you need to manually delete the related permission policies in LakeFormation data permissions.

For example, if you want them to use LakeFormation but must not delete the databases or perform any high-risk operations, you can create IAM users and grant them only the permissions to query LakeFormation instances but not to delete them.
Metadata management LakeFormation allows you to create, modify, view, and delete catalogs, databases, and tables. It also supports metadata life cycle configuration.
In this case, it is advised to delete the current data connection and create a data catalog again. Creating a Database You can create a database on either the Data Management page or the SQL Editor page.

The following parameters are supported: CASADE: whether to delete columns in the partition. If it is set to true, columns are deleted. DO_NOT_UPDATE_STATS: whether to update file-level statistics. If it is set to true, the system updates file-level statistics.
