Deleting a Manual Backup Description This API is used to delete a manual backup for a DB instance.
If locationId has a value, delete the files in the path specified by uapId corresponding to locationId. If locationId is empty, delete all files. Response If this interface is successfully invoked, 0 and the message "operate success" are returned.
