Managing a Custom Security Policy After a custom security policy is created, you can modify or delete it.
For example, if you want some software developers in your enterprise to use ELB resources but do not want them to delete these resources or perform any other high-risk operations, you can grant permission to use ELB resources but not permission to delete them.
